Yes. Once published, the public has 45 days to submit comment, which can be done by emailing hvn- [email protected] or mailing to: HVN-EA Public Comments McFarland Johnson 49 Court Street, Suite 240 Binghamton, NY 13901 Additionally, the TNHAA will public hearing on April 1. Written comments will be accepted from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm and oral comments will be accepted between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm.
