quieter, more modern aircraft, extensive sound monitoring with commitments to mitigation, and makes
targeted investments in traffic planning to improve compatibility with neighboring communities. This

conditions. Without moving forward, these improvements will not be realized, leaving surrounding
neighborhoods with the status quo.
